Widely regarded as one of the FNQ’s best strikers, Josh was part of the Brisbane Roar FC NYL squad before going on on to star in other NPL and QSL outfits such as Brisbane Strikers FC and Sunshine Coast FC Fire.
After a trial with J.League (Japan Professional Football League)/Jリーグ side Shonan Bellmare, his passion for teaching saw him move up to the tropical north where he became a standout for then NPL side Cairns FC earning him a spot in the National Premier Leagues QLD Team of the Year!
Nowadays he’s winning trophy after trophy as player/assistant coach of Edge Hill United alongside fellow CFA Head Coach Crios O’Hare!
As a junior coach JT has got an equally impressive CV, including current Boys Football Coordinator at Cairns State High School, Peninsula football coach, former Football Queensland TSP coach and of course, he’s been at CFA coaching players of all levels for over four years!
As a coach and mentor Josh combines his extensive football knowledge with his natural way with kids and through this, is able to bring the best out of any junior footballer under his tutelage.
